What we collect
We collect what we need to fill your orders and run the site: contact and shipping details, order history, correspondence, and basic usage analytics. We don't sell personal information.
How we use it
Order data lets us process and ship your purchases, verify purchaser qualification, tie certificates of analysis to your orders, and keep the records regulation asks us to keep. Analytics are read in aggregate, to make the catalog and the site better.
Sharing
We share data only with the services it takes to get an order to you — payment processing, shipping carriers, and infrastructure providers — under agreements that limit what they can do with it, or where the law requires it.
Retention & security
We keep order records for as long as applicable regulation requires, then delete them. Data travels encrypted, and access to our production systems is restricted and logged.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete whatever we're not legally required to keep. Write to research@novarabiolabs.com and we will respond within one business day.
