Orders & acceptance
When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy under these terms and our research-use policy. We can accept or decline any order — including when we can't verify purchaser qualification. A contract forms when we dispatch your goods, not before.
Pricing & payment
Prices are listed in USD per vial and can change without notice; the price shown when you order is the price you pay. Payment is due in full before we ship.
Shipping & risk
We dispatch within 24 hours of acceptance, cold-chain packed where the compound requires it, with tracking on every shipment. Risk passes to you when we hand your parcel to the carrier. Check your shipment when it arrives, and tell us about any damage within 48 hours.
Returns
These are temperature-sensitive research materials, so we cannot accept returns once vials have shipped. If a lot doesn't match its certificate of analysis, write to us with the lot number — we'll review it, then replace it or refund it.
Limitation of liability
Everything we sell is supplied for laboratory research use only. To the maximum extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product concerned, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any use of a product outside the scope of the research-use policy.
