Four checks, in order, before any lot enters the catalog.
Purity, measured
RP-HPLCReverse-phase liquid chromatography weighs the principal peak against everything else in the vial. The figure on your certificate is the figure we measured.
Identity, confirmed
LC-MSMass spectrometry checks the observed molecular mass against the theoretical mass of the sequence. They match, or the lot doesn't release.
Endotoxin, screened
Kinetic LALLimulus amebocyte lysate testing on every batch. Release needs less than 0.5 EU/mg, so downstream work starts clean.
Fill, verified
GravimetricNet content is confirmed by weight and printed on the label as the quantity assay — so reconstitution math starts from a real number.
